Motto: “Sain us beneath thine own glorious mantle, thou Shield of protection, guard us forever”. Scottish Blessing

With the fast-changing world of IT technology comes a new wave of cyber trade threats and cyber diplomacy risk management vulnerabilities that need to be secured against. A priori, corporate economic diplomacy business community protecting the intangible assets, IP and expensive research data is a top priority of cyber diplomacy risk management and transnational conferencing security. Unfortunately, due to lack of professional cyber security management, the hazard and risks to the intangible assets of business and corporate research can be expensive challenge. Cross-border collaboration between the public diplomacy and private economic diplomacy sectors Scottish-Bavaria Parliament is essential key for secure digital economic trade relationships beyond 2020.
A new British Chambers of Commerce survey also shows that 69% of Scottish firms had not yet done any risk assessments on the cyber threat impacts of Digital Brexit compared to 65% of firms across the rest of the UK. Uncertainty over Brexit also comes out as the most important factor for these Scottish firms when considering whether or how much to export and import. These results are troubling and suggest businesses are struggling to plan ahead given levels of Brexit uncertainty.

BOYD Study cases for Cyber security Conference 2019 in Hollyrood available on demand.
Organisations of all sizes, and a substantive majority of large businesses and charities in particular, have been breached or attacked.
Breaches were more often identified among the organisations that hold personal data, where staff use personal devices for work (known as bringing your own device, or BYOD) or that use cloud computing. Where breaches have resulted in lost assets or data, the financial consequences have been especially significant.
«CD BOYD» Review
on the period 8. 11. 2017 – 8. 11. 2018
One may illustrate the «BOYD» study case on «Cyber Stalking Victimization» of our editorial member Dr. Tessa Mueller during her Cyber Security Conferencing Route Bruxelles Prague.
On Wednesday 8. 11. 2017 – Early morning after accreditation on the Cyber Conference Europe 2017 in Prague Conference Hotel – in the coffee break pause – On her usual routine travel route «Bruxelles – Prague» Dr. Tessa Mueller was stalked by a group of unknown cyber criminal network and aggressively abused and threatened during her break time of «drinking coffee» and attacked in the moment when she was “writing on her «BOYD» laptop in the surrounding conference lobby premises – when suddenly in very abusive way «person in hoodie» aggressively «run in» and has «grap» the BOYD laptop out of the table and fast run away out of premise. The local security staff as «conference lobby security» or the organizators and corporate sponsors of this Cyber Security Conference refused to provide any kind of assistance or help of safety and security support.
The laptop was BOYD device of Dr. Tessa Mueller, Trustee and Qlab Economic Diplomacy Academy – causing a financial loss of 3 Mio. of Intangible Assets, 300.000 £ of personal pension and saving assets of Academia members by hacked cyber attacks on all data – a personal/ID/accounts of Academia members and finally abuse of «Financial identity» by Cyber Fraud of personal Insurance numbers including a personal data of members of EDA European diplomacy Bruxelles, European Parliament, Scottish Parliament network, and EU Diplomacy Consulates. Then Dr. Mueller was victim of cyber stalking and followed by cross-border Bruxelles – Prague cyber organized group via network of «smartphone cyber hacking /stalking fraud». Organized cross-border cyber crime network was following her everywhere on her business travel route «Prague to Bruxelles» during the 12 month period. Moreover, in few other attacks it was «taken» away a smartphone with a Bank Apps with Banking access codes and in few weeks later «grap» her security «Blackberry» with confidential VIP diplomacy network phone numbers and private personal data details with cyber diplomacy communications data. In the same time, few weeks later – in mysteriously way disappeared from a «secure» home in Scotland the «hardcopy» backup of 5 books manuscripts «just before publishing», 3 Scottish Storybooks final draft for Scottish Festival rating, a EUmedia 2 filmscripts for evaluation of EU granting, writing archives of Diplomacy Academy, University Syllabus and PHD works including security entrance badges and security banking access codes.
So far, it was found an anonymous «master plagiarism network online» with some of this University writing «Intangible Losses», and a new LLM Syllabus taken by «unnamed» University in Prague and Bruxelles. This plagiarism and copyright breach of «University case» is under investigation by Ministry of Foreign Academy, Ministry of Education Erasmus and Economic Diplomacy Council in Bruxelles.
This Authentic Case of Dr. Tessa Mueller is horrid study case now of Survey of «UK Chartered report on Cyber Crime on BOYD» 2018 and the full Matrix report you can read during 8th November Conference in Bruxelles on «Cyber conference». Diplomacy 2019.
